mashroo.ae- Luxury watches selling brand in UAE is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. Our current turn around time is in the range of 3-4 working days depending on your area of delivery . We ship throughout the week, except Fridays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reliable shipping & logistics companies.
SHIPPING Charges.
Shipping Charges vary according to locations and is applicable on all orders. We offer free shipping on orders above the value of 100 AED.
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/ cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by Mashroo at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Every once in a while, Mashroo brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +971 52 885 1444 (**whatsapp available too ) or email us at mashroo.ae@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
